Chi-Hi Band: Trip to Whitewater

Noon – 4:00 pm – Mandatory practice at high school.
6:00 pm – Meet at high school band room.
6:30 pm – Pep band performs pre-game and senior member/teacher honorees are announced.
7:00 pm – Get dressed for halftime performance.
2nd quarter of game begins – Warm-ups
Halftime performance!
Noon – 4:00 pm – Mandatory practice at high school.
4:00 pm – Load truck & buses.
5:30 pm – Leave for Oregon Middle School (housing). Bring your dinner with you to eat on the bus!
9:00 pm – Arrive at Oregon Middle School. Unload buses and get settled into the facility. There will be snacks available and awards will take place during the evening.
11:30 pm – Lights out!!!!!!!!
8:30 am – Breakfast
9:30 am – Practice
11:45 am – Full lunch
1:00 pm – Practice
2:15 pm – Pack up and load
3:00 pm – Senior session
3:45 pm – Leave for UW-Whitewater
5:00 pm – Arrive at UW-Whitewater. Open truck and unload pit equipment.
5:30 pm – Watch some of the Class AAA bands!!! Be a respectful and enthusiastic audience!
6:45 pm – Change into uniform!!!
7:30 pm – Meet at truck in full uniform to go to warm-ups.
8:45 pm – Entrance gate
9:00 pm – Perform!!!!! This is the big one!!!!!!
9:15 pm – Group pictures.
9:30 pm – Load equipment (brass, woodwinds, battery percussion) onto truck.
9:45 pm – Awards!
10:15 pm – Finish loading truck and change out of uniform.
11:15 pm – Leave for home.
3:30 am – Arrive at Chippewa Falls High School.
