Memorial Garden for G

I'm a 1993 grad of Chi Hi and although I was never in band, I was a part of the music dept., participating in Choir and the Harmonics.

I would like to see if it's possible for interested individuals to help me build a "Memorial Garden" for G and his family on the Chi Hi campus somewhere.

I work for an Ecological Restoration firm South of Madison, and have spoken with others here about this idea I had. One of our Landscape Architects would do a quick design, and our Nursery has plants for either donation or reduced cost. I'm not looking for funds for this endeavor, just asking the citizens of CF their thoughts on this project.

If all else fails, I would like to see a beautiful Burr Oak tree (Quercus macrocarpa) planted in Doug's name.
