Marching Cardinals at Menomonie 10/09/2005

On Sunday, October 9, 2005, the Chi-Hi Marching Cardinals competed in Menomonie, Wisconsin.

It was the first (and last) chance I had this season to get some photos under natural lighting conditions. This allowed me to use fast shutter speeds to capture motion. Alas, the sun was a little TOO bright for some closeups, as hats cast shadows across faces. If you care, I took all these with my FZ20 digital camera.
